It’s been a couple weeks since I checked in for Fitness Friday. No reason really, other than I didn’t feel like writing up a post to say I was staying at the same point and hadn’t really been keeping to my goals. Which is really the whole point of keeping myself accountable with these posts.

  • drink one bottle(24 oz) of water a day: only 3/5 days. Haven’t started on today’s
  • Exercise at least 30 minutes(between Wii & treadmill)  3/5 days. I started doing the Couch to 5k program last week. I’m a little behind on my days though
  • Limit snacks to 1 between meals – Doing better with this.
  • Track food daily – I’ve been doing better with putting everything in to the My Fitness Pal, just not staying within calories all the time. Just trying to get into the routine of tracking for right now though.

Starting weight: 174.8

Last week’s weight: 171.8

This week’s weight: 169.2

This week’s weight loss: 2.6 pounds.

Total Weight loss: 5.6 pounds
